1.Book Your Complimentary Consultation

Come on over to chat with our floral consultants about your big-day-vision. We’ll go over your color scheme, floral style, budget, and other design elements related to your day. We ask that couples come prepared with as much information they have available regarding quantities, dimensions, and floor plans. Ask for our “What To Bring” list to help you prepare! If you’re still in the preliminary planning phases or don’t have every duck in a row, no problem! We’re happy to begin a flower conversation at any stage in your process, provide preliminary estimates, and even help advise on palette and styles once you get here. Some brides prefer to shape their plans around the flowers and if that’s the case for you, awesome! After the consultation, we will follow up with an itemized proposal via email which remains a working document until final payment is due.

2.Secure Your Date & Final Payment

Once you’ve chosen Vogue to join your vendor team, we ask that you sign our Terms and place a rounded 25% deposit of the total showing on your proposal. The deposit simply secures our services for your date but it does not finalize your floral plan. In the months leading up to your wedding, we can accommodate any changes to the proposal and continue to clarify details like dimensions, delivery, etc.

Payment of outstanding balance is due 3 weeks out from your big day! At the time of final payment, we’ll review the final proposal together to finalize every little detail. After this point, no major changes can be made (although we try to stay flexible for the small things!). Once the 3 week mark hits and final payment is made, we contact the pertinent parties of your vendor team to let them know our schedule and gather any nuanced instructions. Your planner, venue, baker, and even your photographer will hear from us! You can cruise through the next weeks without stressing about flowers.

3.Delivery & Rental Retrieval

Vogue certainly offers delivery and set up regardless of how small a wedding order might be. We offer delivery to multiple sites a day (for example - your hotel, the ceremony venue, the reception venue) and we set everything up so your planner (or you!) doesn’t have to. We also offer rental retrieval so you can forget the stress and enjoy your honeymoon!

What if I’m planning long distance?

Let’s book a phone consultation! We request that you send over a gallery or mood board of images beforehand so we can catch your vision and get the conversation started. We’ll cover all the same details we would in person (dimensions, quantities, palette, budge, etc.) and we’ll still send you an itemized estimate so you can get a feel for our pricing according to the blooms and style we discuss. If you choose, we can schedule another time for you to see a mock bouquet when you are in town. We want to make long-distance planning as easy as possible and we’re willing to work with your schedule!

Can I secure my date before having a consultation?

Of course! If you know you want to book us and would rather schedule your consultation later, we take a minimum $300 deposit to hold your date. A handful of Vogue couples take advantage of this opportunity if they are getting married during the most popular wedding months or if they are long distance and decide to book and schedule a consultation later on.

Will the flowers you show us at the consultation be the ones in my arrangements?

Yes, with rare exception! Being the largest floral distributor around, we have the ability to get almost any bloom any time of the year. In the rare case that blooms arrive in less-than-perfect condition (especially if they’re out of season) we’ll provide a lovely substitute while maintaining the integrity and color palette of your floral plan. We hand select every flower to ensure utmost quality so your designs are fresh and beautiful! Almost 100% of the time, the flowers we discuss during a consultation (which are listed on your proposal) are the blooms that appear in your designs - period.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, etc.), checks, and cash. We absorb any and all processing fees for you and almost 100% of brides make payment over the phone because it’s quick, easy, and gives us a chance to review the proposal together.

Are there any hidden fees? What am I paying for?

There are no hidden fees or penalty fees that you could accrue on top of your order! We are kind with our couples and don’t demand any holding/administrative fees on top of what the total on your proposal is. Your deposit secures your date and every penny paid goes toward your outstanding balance. Vogue couples pay for their designs, delivery (if applicable), and mandatory state tax as with any transaction - that’s it!

What if my wedding date is moved or cancelled?

If you have rescheduled your wedding, let us know immediately so we can anticipate a new date in our calendar. Your deposit and any contributions made toward your order will be transferred easily to your new date. If the reschedule requires a change to your floral plan, no problem! If your wedding is cancelled, we are happy to refund you any contributions made toward your order with the exception of your deposit. In some cases, we are able to refund your entire deposit according to your situation and our discretion.

What if I haven’t picked out my color palette yet?

Some couples plan their wedding scheme around the flowers; if that’s you, let’s talk! If you are looking for very neutralized florals without much color, there’s certainly room to plan without knowing your color scheme as well. However, if you know you want to match florals to a scheme of your choosing, please determine this before our consultation so we can plan accordingly. A role of wedding flowers is to bring all the elements together cohesively so we want to have as much information about your color palette upfront.

I want to DIY some of my wedding - how does that work?

Being a flower wholesaler, we have awesome DIY opportunities to couples who want to go this route. Of course, we’ve got By-The-Bunch wholesale prices for all weddings and special events. We offer workstation and refrigerator rentals so you can prep your designs ahead of time and keep them fresh at our place until your big day. We also offer DIY consultation services if you’re unsure where to start on quantities and varieties to order. All couples who select this option should have experience arranging with live florals to ensure long-lasting, beautiful designs; with the exception of our biannual Wedding Workshops, we do not provide . We do not offer delivery service for DIY arrangements.
